Where you’ll be

LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE

You will find towels and sheets upon arrival. Linen changes are not provided unless requested and paid for separately. If you would like midweek cleaning, you can request it for a fee of €50.00.

KEYS Keys will be handed to you during check-in, or you can collect them from a combination lock box. You will be provided with the code upon arrival, along with instructions for self-check-in. We will be happy to provide you with the keys to our apartment, provided you keep them safe. Loss of keys will incur a penalty of €50.00. Upon check-in, all guests must provide identification for registration as required by law.


ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:

CHECK-IN : since 3:00 PM

CHECK-OUT : by 10:00 AM.

PETS : are not allowed.

ACCESS : Relatives or friends of guests not included in the reservation are not permitted. Please take care of the apartment and treat the furniture and equipment with care: improper use of the equipment and any damage will, of course, be compensated for. Please do not throw anything down the toilet or sink that could clog the pipes. Smoking and lighting fires, candles, incense, and similar items inside the apartments are prohibited. We are not responsible for personal items and valuables left in the apartment.

The apartment is located 5 minutes walking away from the railway station and can be easily reached from the Orio al Serio International Airport by BUS n.1
