Spacious and bright studio apartment with terrace on the seventh floor and separate kitchen, offering a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate up to four people.
Where you’ll be
LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE
You will find towels and sheets upon arrival. Linen changes are not provided unless requested and paid for separately. If you would like midweek cleaning, you can request it for a fee of €50.00.
KEYS:
Keys will be handed to you during check-in, or you can collect them from a combination lock box. You will be provided with the code upon arrival, along with instructions for self-check-in. We will be happy to provide you with the keys to our apartment, provided you keep them safe. Loss of keys will incur a penalty of €50.00.

Upon check-in, all guests must provide identification for registration as required by law. In order to comply with Italian law, a member of our staff will personally verify that the documents submitted match those actually staying.
PETS : are not allowed.
ACCESS : Relatives or friends of guests not included in the reservation are not permitted. Please take care of the apartment and treat the furniture and equipment with care: improper use of the equipment and any damage will, of course, be compensated for. Please do not throw anything down the toilet or sink that could clog the pipes.
Smoking and lighting fires, candles, incense, and similar items inside the apartments are prohibited. We are not responsible for personal items and valuables left in the apartment.

Getting around
Take the Domodossola subway station to Milan Central Station and from there to Orio al Serio and Malpensa international airports, and use the train network to and from all over Italy.
For those arriving by car, there is parking available on the blue lines in the surrounding streets, with a fee during the day and free at night.
Neighbourhood
The apartment is located in a central area of Milan, just few steps from the famous Arco della Pace and the City Life convention center and exhibition center.
Right next to the building is both the "Domodossola" train station and the "Domodossola" metro station, which provides connections to Central Station, Garibaldi Station, the rest of Milan, and the national rail network.
Nearby attractions, including the Brera district, Sempione Park, and Chinatown, are within walking distance.
Piazza del Duomo can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot or by public transportation (metro or bus).
