LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE

You will find towels and sheets upon arrival. Linen changes are not provided unless requested and paid for separately. Changes cost €5 per person. If you would like midweek cleaning, you can request it for a fee of €50.00.

KEYS:  Keys will be handed to you during check-in, or you can collect them from a combination lock box. You will be provided with the code upon arrival, along with instructions for self-check-in. We will be happy to provide you with the keys to our apartment, provided you keep them safe. Loss of keys will incur a penalty of €50.00.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES :

CHECK-OUT by 10:00 AM

Upon check-in, all guests must provide identification for registration as required by law. In order to comply with Italian law, a member of our staff will personally verify that the documents submitted match those actually staying.

PETS: are not allowed.

ACCESS : Relatives or friends of guests not included in the reservation are not permitted. Please take care of the apartment and treat the furniture and equipment with care: improper use of the equipment and any damage will, of course, be compensated for. Please do not throw anything down the toilet or sink that could clog the pipes. Smoking and lighting fires, candles, incense, and similar items inside the apartments are prohibited.

We are not responsible for personal items and valuables left in the apartment.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historic building and does not have a lift . We are in a limited traffic area from 11pm to 7am; you can park at the Triangolo secure car park in via Giacomo Manzù or nearby on the blue lines, for a fee from 9.00 to 19.00 and free in the night.
