RULES AND NOTES FOR A GOOD STAY
Hi, welcome! We leave you some information that will be useful for your stay.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped, if you want to heat and cook you have an induction hob and a small oven at your disposal. You will also have at your disposal a coffee machine and a kettle to prepare infusions or tea.
CHANGE OF SHEETS AND TOWELS
You will find towels, sheets and tablecloths upon arrival. There will be no linen changes unless requested and paid for separately by you. Changes cost €5 per person. If you want a midweek cleaning you can request it and it costs €50.00.
KEYS
The keys will be given to you by hand during check-in or alternatively you can collect them yourself from a combination box whose code will be provided to you upon arrival together with all the instructions for carrying out a self-check-in in autonomy. It will be a pleasure for us to give you the keys to our apartment as long as you look after them carefully. In case of loss we will have to impose a penalty of €50.00.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
CHEK IN: from 3pm
CHEK OUT: by 10:00 am
At the time of check-in all guests must provide an identity document for registration required by current legislation.
PETS
Pets are not allowed.
ACCESS
Relatives or friends of guests not included in the booking are not permitted to enter the facility.
Please preserve the apartment as best as possible and treat the furniture and equipment with care: improper use of the equipment and any damage, as is natural, must be compensated. Kindly do not throw anything down the toilet or sink that could block the pipes. Smoking and lighting fires, candles, incense and the like inside the apartments is prohibited. We are not responsible for personal items and valuables left in the apartment.
